Amber is such a remarkable thing to behold, and full of secrets from it's ancient past. This piece is wild in it's pairing with the smooth tot he touch yet jagged pieces of shell. Found at the top of the piece are wooden beads inlaid with copper from Nepal, making the entire piece wild and wonderful indeed.

Amber deposits have been found that range between 360 and one million years old and and through the ages exposed to pressure and heat to become fossilized.
Amber can range in color from dark brown to a light almost clear lemon yellow.
Amber energy is very solar and deeply connected with warmth and the sun. Because amber comes from what was once an organic living substance it carries the vibration and  ancient tranquility of the living trees it came from.
Amber is good for those who suffer from anxiety and seasonal disorders, as it brings the sun and light into the energy body of it's user.
Amber is also good for use  in meditation and shamanic journey work, for both it’s ability to transform negative energy into positive, and as a protection talisman for journeys to the lower world. Amber carries within it a spark of light and this is what enables it to transmute negative into positive.

This piece is 11" long closed and comes packaged in a gift box.
